Business & Technology Integration Manager – Public Service

About the role

Accenture’s Health & Public Services practice is seeking a Business & Technology Integration Manager to lead the alignment of technology solutions with strategic objectives for public‑sector and healthcare clients. You will work on high‑impact projects that modernize services, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies that support business goals.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to enable seamless tech integration.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives using AI, cloud and IoT technologies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across cross‑functional teams and client organizations.
• Leverage data analysis to inform decisions and improve service delivery.
• Plan, execute and control full‑lifecycle ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday).

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or management roles within public‑service or health sectors.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Required skills

• Agile and Scrum methodologies (Product Owner, Product Manager, SAFe).
• Project Management or Program Management certification.
• Power BI for data visualization.
• Six Sigma process‑improvement expertise.
• ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence.
• Azure cloud environment.
• Git version control.
