About the role

The Business Operations Associate supports the execution and coordination of multiple initiatives across the Business Operations Team, ensuring effective planning, organization, and follow‑up of activities. The role contributes to project management, event coordination, and operational processes while working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and operational initiatives simultaneously.
• Track project tasks, timelines, and action items, providing regular updates and escalating issues.
• Assist in coordination and delivery of leadership events, handling logistics, communications, vendor coordination, and execution.
• Support global visits to ensure seamless experiences for visitors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate updates, and ensure alignment.
• Assist procurement and vendor activities, including purchase requests and delivery follow‑up.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and reports for project management and operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑care or stakeholder‑management roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
