Business Intelligence Strategist – Associate Director

About the role

The GDS Alliance Business Intelligence & Operations Strategist will support the EY‑Microsoft Alliance, providing data and operational insights to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Alliance leadership, translating complex data into actionable recommendations and scenario options.
• Produce extensive weekly, monthly and annual analyses, custom revenue, sales and pipeline visualisations, and support opportunity management.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, design and maintain Power BI and SQL‑based reporting infrastructure, and automate processes for efficiency.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment across sales, finance, marketing, technology and data teams to ensure reporting supports strategic goals.
• Prepare executive narratives for business reviews, steering committees and governance discussions.

Required profile

• Executive‑level understanding of business performance management, revenue operations, alliance operations and KPI governance.
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen across pipeline, revenue influence, partner ecosystem performance and go‑to‑market programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, conduct root‑cause analysis and translate insights into executive decisions.
• Experience working in matrixed, virtual environments across multiple geographies.
