Business Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Collective Residential is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support its portfolio operations team. The role focuses on validating metrics, resolving data issues, and building enhanced reporting dashboards within the UDP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Validate metrics, formulas, and calculated fields in UDP against source data and expected outputs.
• Cross‑reference UDP figures with property management system data (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata) to ensure accuracy.
• Document discrepancies, track open issues, and work with the UDP team to achieve resolution.
• Rebuild and automate existing dashboards and reports, and support new reporting design projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management or a similar industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot incorrect numbers or formulas.
• Reliable internet connection and own equipment; ability to work overlapping with U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Power BI or Tableau (or similar BI tool) for building reports and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of at least one major PMS: Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or Entrata.
• Experience validating metrics and formulas within a BI reporting platform.
