Business Development Representative – LATAM

About the role

Shift Markets is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new sales opportunities across Latin America. This early‑career position offers exposure to B2B SaaS and fintech sales, working closely with Account Executives to build a robust pipeline for our white‑label crypto exchange platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective fintech, brokerage, and digital‑asset firms throughout Latin America.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools.
• Communicate the value proposition of Shift Markets' white‑label exchange technology.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure smooth lead handoff and pipeline progression.
• Record all prospecting activity and customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Stay up‑to‑date on trends in digital assets, fintech, and SaaS to improve engagement.

Required profile

• Proactive, curious, and resilient with a passion for opening new doors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Early‑career sales professional eager to develop B2B SaaS and fintech expertise.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management.
