Business Analytics & Customer Insights Manager LATAM

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Business Analytics & Customer Insights Manager for its Latin America region, based in Buenos Aires. The role will act as a strategic partner to the LATAM South leadership team, translating data and insights into actionable recommendations for oncology brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with oncology brand teams to shape pre‑launch strategies and identify portfolio growth opportunities.
• Translate integrated data, analytics, and customer insights into clear, decision‑oriented recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support long‑range forecasting and 5‑year sales scenario planning.
• Promote adoption of AI, forecasting and advanced analytics solutions from the Center of Excellence.
• Foster a data‑driven culture while ensuring compliance with internal policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Customer Insights, Marketing or Commercial Strategy, preferably in pharma/healthcare oncology.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing decisions in a multi‑country environment.
• Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese highly desirable.
