Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

The Brand Marketing Manager will lead consumer insight generation, market research and brand strategy to drive top‑of‑mind (TOM) awareness, brand salience and per‑capita consumption. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will shape the annual business plan, launch new products and packaging, and ensure the brand is consistently represented across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable consumer insights, focusing on younger target segments and monitoring social media perception.
• Support and train marketing peers, on‑premise and trade teams, and conduct impromptu brand training sessions.
• Develop and execute country‑specific advertising plans, integrating digital and social media, and manage creative and media agencies.
• Collaborate with the Digital Manager to amplify advertising impact across owned, earned and paid media.
• Review media planning and buying annually with agencies and international partners.
• Collect and share learnings locally and with International HQ, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of competitor activity and consumer behaviour in a brand context.
• Proven ability to generate consumer insights and translate them into successful brand initiatives.
• Track record of implementing business strategies and delivering measurable brand performance.
