Brand and Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Brand and Graphic Designer who blends strong visual design expertise with a modern, AI‑enabled workflow. The role involves producing a high volume of polished marketing and sales materials for both print and digital channels, leveraging generative AI to accelerate ideation and production.

Key responsibilities

• Create brochures, flyers, sales presentations, promotional assets, digital graphics, and large‑format retail signage.
• Use generative AI throughout the creative process to develop concepts, imagery, compositions, and design variations quickly.
• Translate briefs and business objectives into clear visual concepts that support marketing, sales, and retail initiatives.
• Develop effective AI prompts and workflows to generate consistent, brand‑appropriate outputs.
• Refine AI‑generated material into final designs through retouching, compositing, typography, layout, and image manipulation.
• Iterate multiple creative directions rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.
• Adapt designs across formats, dimensions, markets, products, and channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare artwork for professional printing, ensuring correct sizing, resolution, color settings, bleeds, and margins.

Required profile

• Bilingual with English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, composition, branding, and production quality.
• Comfortable experimenting with new technology while delivering professional‑grade design work.
