BIM Project Manager (MEP)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Project Manager with a strong MEP background to lead complex BIM projects for US‑based clients. The role combines deep technical BIM expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing projects from kickoff to delivery in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM projects from initiation through final delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, risks, deliverables and client expectations.
• Facilitate coordination meetings, track action items and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain compliance with BIM standards and execution plans.
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing BIM projects.
• Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
• Experience working with US market clients.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, self‑driven and results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in Navisworks.
• Expertise in BIM coordination.
