BIM Modeler – MEP/Plumbing (Remote, US Projects)

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler specialized in MEP and plumbing systems to support a U.S.-based construction client. The position is fully remote from anywhere in Latin America, working on New York‑time schedule and delivering detailed 3D models and shop drawings for commercial and residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop construction‑ready 3D models and shop drawings using Revit MEP.
• Design, model, and coordinate plumbing/hydrosanitary systems according to IPC, UPC and other U.S. codes.
• Perform clash detection and spatial coordination with mechanical, electrical, structural and fire protection disciplines using Navisworks.
• Review architectural and structural plans, conduct QA/QC reviews and maintain organized project documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in MEP modeling, plumbing design or hydrosanitary engineering.
• Advanced technical English (B2+/C1) and a degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes (IPC, UPC) and construction documentation.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Revit MEP.
• Proficient in Navisworks for clash detection.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
