Billing & Revenue Operations Lead - LATAM

About the role

Otte Polo Group, a U.S.-based portfolio of service companies covering technical support, customer experience and third-party logistics, is looking for a Billing & Revenue Operations Lead. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management with active involvement in billing operations, reconciliations, issue resolution and process improvement. It is fully remote, with LATAM-based candidates preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations, keeping accurate, complete and timely invoicing, and stay hands-on with complex reconciliations and critical billing tasks
• Set up and maintain billing controls, procedures and quality standards
• Prevent revenue leakage, unbilled services and pricing errors, and reconcile operational systems, billing platforms and accounting records
• Work with Accounting on revenue reporting and month-end closing
• Lead the Billing team, set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, coach and train, and act as escalation point for complex billing issues
• Streamline billing workflows, lead automation and integration projects, and maintain SOPs and internal controls
• Report billing performance and revenue trends to Finance management and collaborate with Operations, Sales, Accounting and Collections

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, accounting or related financial operations
• Previous experience supervising a team or leading billing operations
• Ability to handle complex billing issues and reconciliations independently
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent English communication

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups and data analysis
• Experience with accounting, ERP or billing platforms
• Preferred: recurring, subscription or usage-based billing, QuickBooks Online or Zoho Books, billing automation and SOP development
