About the role

As a Sales Agent you will help businesses achieve their marketing goals through strategic Ads solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be part of the Technology Ads Sales Team, collaborating with leaders, account specialists, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative sales conversations and proactive account management.
• Identify customer business needs and recommend tailored Ads solutions that drive growth and maximize advertising performance.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of accounts, focusing on high‑value opportunities and customer retention.
• Deliver exceptional customer support through effective communication, problem‑solving, and objection handling.
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow operational processes, and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities and product updates.
