Bilingual Nurse Customer Service Representative (Spanish & English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual registered nurse to join our remote monitoring team supporting a senior‑care technology platform. The role is fully remote and involves providing 24/7/365 customer service and clinical support to Spanish‑speaking residents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the real‑time portal to ensure continuous operation and compliance with care protocols.
• Respond promptly to fall‑detection alerts and coordinate timely interventions.
• Conduct wellness check‑ins, system education and support for Spanish‑speaking users.
• Maintain accurate resident profiles and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in data analysis and help develop policies based on insights.
• Uphold all quality standards, escalation procedures and communication guidelines.
• Attend administrative meetings and relay updates to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license with experience in hospital, geriatric or emergency care.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (ability to translate spoken and written content).
• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support or remote monitoring is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, make sound judgments in time‑sensitive situations, and demonstrate professionalism.
