Backend Runtime Engineer (TypeScript / Python)

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Runtime Engineer to build the governed runtime foundation of our AI platform. You will design core components such as the run‑event model, policy decision point, secure execution flow, and trace persistence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a normalized run‑event model and trace persistence layer.
• Build and maintain the policy decision point with allow, deny, and fail‑closed behaviors.
• Guarantee that sensitive data and secrets never appear in logs or agent outputs.
• Maintain event integrity and correlation IDs across runtime executions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable runtime services.

Required profile

• 4+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
• Experience with policy‑as‑code, authorization, or access‑control systems.
• Background in event‑driven architectures or event‑sourcing systems.
• Solid understanding of secure runtime and backend service design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Advanced English (B2+ or higher).
