Backend Developer (Node.js/TypeScript)

About the role

Omega CRM, a leader in Customer Experience services, is looking for a Backend Developer specialized in Node.js and TypeScript. You will join a collaborative team to design, build, and maintain high‑performance APIs that power our CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and contribute to technical design.
• Estimate effort and plan project timelines.
• Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.
• Maintain PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling, triggers, and functions.
• Implement caching and session management with Redis.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide support, resolve technical issues, and ensure system security and performance.
• Document processes, generate technical documentation, and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of proven experience as a Backend or Software Developer.
• Strong communication skills and experience in client‑facing roles.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
