Backend Developer (Node.js/TypeScript)

About the role

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is seeking a Backend Developer with strong Node.js and TypeScript expertise to build and maintain high‑performance RESTful APIs for its customer experience platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in the design and architecture of backend projects.
• Estimate effort and deliver projects on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve project objectives.
• Provide support, resolve technical issues, and ensure system security and performance.
• Work with technology providers when required.
• Document processes, track performance metrics, and generate technical documentation.
• Validate and test solutions against business requirements while adhering to software quality standards.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of proven experience as a Backend or Software Developer.
• Strong communication skills with experience in client‑facing roles.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (data modeling, triggers, functions).
• Hands‑on experience with Redis for caching and session management.
