About the role

FigPii, a leading SaaS provider for A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation, is seeking a motivated Customer Success Specialist to support its global client base. You will handle support tickets, guide new users through onboarding, and help improve the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming support tickets via email and chat, meeting response‑time SLAs.
• Assist new customers with platform onboarding and technical setup.
• Identify and champion opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements based on customer feedback.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS customer support role.
• High energy, positive attitude and proactive, self‑starting mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate JavaScript knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
