Chebonche zoekt een gemotiveerde keukenassistent voor de nachtdienst in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar snelheid en netheid essentieel zijn.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Plateaus samenstellen volgens de aanwijzingen van de chef.
De werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden.
Inkoopartikelen correct opslaan en de voorraad bijhouden.
Voorraadniveaus monitoren en tijdig aanvullen.

Gewenst profiel

Minimaal een middelbare schooldiploma.
Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een keuken, bij voorkeur met plancha en frituur.
Basiskennis van culinaire technieken.
Kunnen presteren onder druk.

Vereiste vaardigheden

Ervaring met plancha.
Ervaring met frituur (freidora).
Bekwaamheid in het hanteren van messen (cuchillos).
