Audiovisual Producer – End‑to‑End Post‑Production

About the role

High Scale is looking for an Audiovisual Producer who will own the full post‑production process, turning raw footage and user‑generated content into broadcast‑ready ads for social platforms and Connected TV. You will blend editing, sound design, colour grading and motion graphics to create cohesive, high‑impact video experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end post‑production, from ingest to final export, including edit, sound mix, colour balance and motion graphics.
• Transform studio footage and UGC into dynamic ads optimized for TikTok, Reels and Connected TV.
• Design and mix audio using SFX, foley and music to drive pacing and emotion.
• Apply motion graphics (kinetic text, logo builds) and perform creative colour grading to match brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the creative team to propose cuts, transitions and visual effects, iterating on successful concepts.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in a generalist post‑production role (agency, production house or freelance).
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats: editor, sound designer, colourist and motion designer.
• Strong sense of rhythm and storytelling to craft compelling audiovisual narratives.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro (mastery).
• Adobe After Effects (motion graphics).
• Adobe Audition (audio design).
• DaVinci Resolve / Lumetri (colour grading).
• Knowledge of video codecs, bitrates and export settings for multiple platforms.
