Associate Site Activation Manager – Sponsor Dedicated

About the role

The Associate Site Activation Manager – Sponsor Dedicated will lead the strategic planning and execution of site activation activities for clinical studies. This role ensures rapid site start‑up and compliance with regulatory standards to support timely patient enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Site Activation Management Plans aligned with project scope and timelines.
• Oversee the full start‑up lifecycle, from pre‑award activities through site contracting and activation.
• Coordinate site identification, selection, ethics and regulatory submissions, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to study teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, protocol requirements, and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a scientific or clinical environment, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong understanding of clinical systems, procedures, and corporate standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of clinical trial systems and processes.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and regulatory requirements.
