About the role
The university is seeking tenure‑track faculty at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in Behavioral Science. This position combines teaching, research, and service responsibilities within a vibrant, research‑oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Teach approximately 150 hours per year (about 2.5 undergraduate courses).
- Develop and deliver course materials, assessments, and lectures.
- Deliver lectures in Spanish by the third year of appointment.
- Maintain an active research agenda, publish scholarly work, and seek external funding.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate students in research projects.
- Participate in departmental service and university committees.
Required profile
- Hold or be completing a PhD in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated record of scholarly research and teaching appropriate to the appointment level.
- Ability to thrive in a research‑oriented academic environment.
