About the role

The Employment Legal team at Uber supports the company’s people strategy across Latin America. As an Associate Employment Counsel you will focus on Argentina, providing legal guidance on labor and employment matters and helping the business navigate complex workforce issues.

Key responsibilities

Advise HR, Employee Relations and business leaders on Argentine labor and employment law.
Support employment litigation strategy and manage relationships with external counsel.
Assist with employee investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations and workforce restructuring projects.
Identify and assess employment‑related legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Required profile

Law degree and admission to practice law in Argentina.
3‑5 years of experience in labor and employment law, either in a law firm, government agency or in‑house legal department.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
