Associate Director – Client Experience Strategist (Microsoft Co‑Innovation)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Client Experience Strategist to work with the Microsoft Frontier Innovation team within EY Global Delivery Services. The role partners with EY’s Microsoft Client Experience Director to translate EY’s transformation experience (“Client Zero”) into executive‑ready narratives and high‑value briefings for senior audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive‑ready narratives and proof assets that showcase EY’s transformation story.
• Curate client success stories into briefing materials and reference packs for EY‑Microsoft executive briefings.
• Own the governance, systems and refresh cadence of the “Client Zero” library, ensuring content stays current and aligned to alliance priorities.
• Design and operate a repeatable model for joint EY‑Microsoft executive briefings, handling intake, planning, content preparation, logistics and follow‑up.
• Capture briefing insights, document actions and coordinate follow‑up with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling and executive‑communication instincts with a proven ability to shape concise, credible narratives.
• 15+ years of experience in executive storytelling, program coordination, alliance operations or consulting within a large, global matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated stakeholder‑management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, innovation‑led environments and managing multiple workstreams.
