Associate Consultant, Launch Program 2027

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in Mastercard’s Launch Program 2027, you will join the Advisors & Consulting Services (ACS) team in Buenos Aires. You will work in small, cross-functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic challenges, with a focus on technology-driven solutions and data-based insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver end-to-end project deliverables for clients across financial services, retail, hospitality and other industries.
• Conduct research, data analysis and market assessments to support strategic recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and reports that communicate findings and actionable insights to client stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, typically 1-3 projects lasting 8-16 weeks each.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Interest in technology, data and digital payments.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
