Assistant Clinical Research Associate – Remote Support

About the role

Join a global team that supports leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies in delivering clinical trials worldwide. As an Assistant Clinical Research Associate (Assistant CRA), you will provide remote support to sites, helping ensure study readiness, data quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with site preparedness activities, including pre‑study assessments and ICF customization.
• Perform remote reviews of EMR/EHR checklists and support collection of required assessments.
• Verify document collection, update site electronic document logs, and track essential documents in study systems.
• Coordinate logistics for investigator meetings, site supply management, and vendor qualification processes.
• Support site payments, invoice reconciliation, and system access management throughout the study lifecycle.
• Conduct remote monitoring tasks such as reviewing patient‑facing materials, translations, and centralized monitoring tools.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple site tasks and documentation.
• Effective communication with site staff, vendors, and internal functional teams.
