Assistant Clinical Research Associate

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. As an Assistant Clinical Research Associate you will work remotely on assigned projects, supporting site preparedness, logistics, and monitoring activities in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with site start‑up, management, recruitment, and close‑out phases.
• Perform remote review of EMR/EHR checklists and support data collection.
• Verify document collection, RCR submission status, and maintain site electronic document logs.
• Customize site ICFs, review patient‑facing materials, and manage translation checks.
• Coordinate vendor qualification, system access, and site staff training.
• Support logistics for investigator meetings, supply management, and essential document updates.
• Assist with site payment processes, invoice reconciliation, and financial tracking.
• Conduct reconciliation tasks for CRFs, queries, deviations, SAEs, and safety reports.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented individual comfortable handling multiple site‑related tasks.
• Ability to follow SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and task matrices.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking documents, supplies, and vendor data.

Required skills

• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Familiarity with clinical trial management and document management tools.
• Ability to use vendor tracking systems and centralized monitoring tools.
