Asistente de MELI Extra – Operaciones de Última Milla

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant for MELI Extra to support the last‑mile logistics operations of Mercado Envíos in Santa Fe. The role will involve coordinating route planning, managing vehicle dispatches, and supervising drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages. You will work closely with the operations team to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute planning and assignment of last‑mile delivery routes.
• Organize and control vehicle dispatches on the operational floor.
• Monitor, support, train and supervise last‑mile drivers.
• Track performance metrics and develop improvement strategies for productivity and service indicators.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches and driver activities.

Required profile

• Student of Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Experience in transportation and logistics operations.
• Available to work Monday to Saturday, 12 PM – 8 PM on‑site.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
