主要职责

接待并协助来访的中文客户，解答业务咨询。
通过电话或面对面方式提供客户服务，记录并跟进问题。
使用Office软件整理客户资料和报表。

任职要求

普通话和西班牙语流利，语言能力为必备条件。
具备客户服务、前台接待或中文客户支持经验。
具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
居住在萨尔塔省或愿意迁居当地。

必备技能

基本的Microsoft Office操作能力。
