About the role
We are seeking an architect who excels at turning design concepts into precise, permit‑ready construction documents. The ideal candidate has solid US experience and enjoys the technical details that bring a project from design to buildable reality.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare construction documents, detailed drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all documents comply with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Collaborate with team members on markups, redlines, and revisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- At least 4 years of professional experience as an architect.
- Demonstrated experience working in the United States.
- Strong communication skills and English proficiency at an upper‑intermediate level.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
