Architect – Design & Construction Documentation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Architect to join WorldTeams’ growing design team. You will translate client concepts into detailed construction documents while ensuring compliance with safety and planning regulations. The position provides exposure to diverse projects across multiple sectors, supported by cutting‑edge resources.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare construction drawings, specifications and detailed design documentation.
• Verify that all deliverables meet local planning regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project teams on mark‑ups, red‑lines and design revisions.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to integrate architectural solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum three years of professional experience as an architect.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (intermediate level or higher).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD or comparable architectural software.
