Architect CAD & Construction Documentation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Architect specialized in CAD and construction documentation to produce high‑quality drawings and schematics for architectural and engineering projects. The role involves translating project requirements into detailed plans, ensuring manufacturability and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project specifications.
• Develop comprehensive 2D and 3D CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
• Prepare accurate GD&T callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi‑sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, integrating best practices for manufacturability and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
• Deliver complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi‑document sets.
• Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience working remotely on cross‑functional projects is a plus.
