Architect CAD & Construction Documentation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Architect specialized in CAD and construction documentation to produce detailed architectural and engineering drawings. The role involves creating floor plans, elevations, and multi‑sheet electrical schematics while ensuring manufacturability through PCB layout design and GD&T callouts.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive 2D/3D CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
• Prepare accurate GD&T callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi‑sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, integrating best practices for manufacturability and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
• Deliver complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi‑document sets.
• Advanced communication skills in English.
• Experience working remotely on cross‑functional projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard 2D and 3D CAD tools.
• PCB layout design expertise.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and ability to generate callouts.
• Experience creating electrical schematics and multi‑sheet documentation.
