Applied AI/ML Senior Associate – Go‑to‑Market Strategy

About the role

Join the Technology Operate and Production Management Team to drive adoption, marketing and measurable impact of AI/ML and Generative AI products. You will blend go‑to‑market expertise with hands‑on technical ability to ensure solutions are communicated, used and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage key user personas, tailoring messaging to workflows, pain points and responsibilities.
• Communicate value propositions that highlight efficiency gains, reduced resolution time and actionable insights.
• Maximize engagement across digital channels (documentation, email, webinars, events) by sharing use cases and success stories.
• Collect structured user feedback through surveys, training sessions, interviews and in‑product tools to inform product improvements.
• Track adoption rates, user satisfaction, engagement and business impact to demonstrate ROI.
• Build and demonstrate AI/ML and Generative AI proofs of concept and develop supporting applications, web interfaces and dashboards.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate feedback into product enhancements.
• Champion responsible AI principles such as transparency, bias mitigation and ethical use.

Required profile

• Experience in go‑to‑market strategy, product marketing or user adoption for technical or AI/ML products.
• Strong analytical skills to track adoption, satisfaction and business impact metrics.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English with collaborative problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Python programming, including LangChain, FastAPI, Pydantic, Pytest, Boto3 and package management (pip, poetry, uv).
• AI/ML concepts: LLMs/SLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, Bedrock platform and evaluation tools (LangSmith, metrics).
• Building AI/ML proofs of concept, debugging latency and bottlenecks.
• Developing applications, web interfaces and dashboards using RESTful APIs, asynchronous Python and SQL data wrangling.
• Familiarity with API management tools (Postman or Bruno), cloud authentication (IAM, OAuth2) and observability tools (Datadog).
