Applications Specialist – BDMC Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Applications Specialist for BDMC Solutions to join our Buenos Aires Service Center. The role focuses on supporting business‑critical platforms, solving technical challenges, and driving innovation with AI‑powered tools in a collaborative international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support, administration, and continuous improvement for Business Development and Marketing Communications (BDMC) platforms.
• Act as first responder for escalated incidents, performing technical and functional analysis.
• Analyze and resolve application issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles, training materials, and support resources.
• Collaborate with vendors, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Support security compliance activities, vendor assessments, and governance processes.
• Participate in testing, system enhancements, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Experience supporting and managing business applications and technology platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with SQL reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, organization, and adaptability.
