About the role

The Continuous Improvement Analyst will design and implement a robust standard time system, lead Lean projects and support production efficiency across multiple lines. You will work closely with supervisors and plant leaders to standardize methods, train staff and ensure measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust standard time system.
• Conduct time‑and‑motion studies and maintain standard time databases.
• Lead improvement projects on several production lines.
• Perform line balancing according to takt time and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Participate in layout redesign and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate improvements with supervisors and plant leaders.
• Standardize methods across the plant and train operators.
• Implement Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED and Value‑Stream Mapping.
• Identify investment opportunities in machinery, automation and tools.
• Develop business cases with ROI, pay‑back and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Prioritize initiatives based on economic impact and justify investments to management and finance.
• Ensure proper implementation and track results.

Required profile

• Engineer or advanced engineering student (or related field).
• Experience in time measurement, method analysis, line balancing and Lean Manufacturing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of ergonomics, ROI/CAPEX analysis and proficiency with Excel/Power BI.
• Analytical, result‑oriented with transversal leadership and strong communication skills.
