Supervisor de Línea de Producción

About the role

The Production Line Supervisor will ensure that the manufacturing floor meets its production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency. Reporting to the production manager, you will lead a team of operators and coordinate daily activities to keep the line running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and report on the compliance of the production schedule.
• Apply and control quality, production procedures and methodologies, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and environmental standards are met and maintained.
• Oversee maintenance and follow‑up of machines and equipment in the sector.
• Participate in the design and rollout of training and development plans for staff.
• Promote a positive work climate aligned with PUMA’s values.
• Implement performance‑management processes for the team.

Required profile

• Engineer or advanced engineering student (or related field).
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing environments (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Empathy, effective delegation and ability to build trust.
• Team‑oriented with conflict‑resolution skills.
• Experience in resource management and staff development.
