Analista de Control de Monitoreo – Turno Nocturno

About the role

The Monitoring Control Analyst will work the night shift in Escobar, ensuring a safe and secure logistics environment for Mercado Envíos. You will be responsible for identifying risks, preventing losses, and supporting the operational teams with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain safety guidelines that support efficient logistics operations.
• Detect, evaluate and document risks affecting people, assets and processes.
• Develop and deliver loss‑prevention training and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor daily activities, intervene promptly to avoid damage or loss, and report incidents.
• Prepare regular reports on security events and risk mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Graduated or currently studying in Security, Criminalistics, Administration, Armed Forces or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis, spreadsheets and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven ability to analyse security events, identify risks and design mitigation plans.
• Willingness to work on‑site during night hours.
