AJO/CJA Solutions Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Join Nortal as an AJO/CJA Solutions Consultant and act as the trusted advisor for enterprise clients within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. You will translate complex business strategies into technical solutions that drive real‑time orchestration and cross‑channel insights.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Adobe Journey Optimizer environments, including business rules, decision policies, and offer management.
• Define journey parameters, event triggers, audience entry criteria, and governance frameworks.
• Integrate and validate channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and web, ensuring data flow between AJO and downstream systems.
• Design, build, and test customer journeys based on business requirements, iterating based on performance results.
• Connect Customer Journey Analytics to Adobe Experience Platform data sources, configure data views, metrics, and attribution models, and create dashboards.
• Write basic scripts and queries to support configuration and troubleshooting tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising enterprise clients on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of customer journey design and real‑time orchestration concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
