AI Security Architect

About the role

PMI is transforming its business toward a smoke‑free future and needs a specialist to protect its AI‑driven assets. The AI Security Architect will design, implement and evolve security solutions that safeguard non‑human identities and agentic systems across cloud and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain security architectures for Non‑Human Identity (NHI) and Agentic Identity management.
• Develop and enforce policies, standards and procedures for AI agents, service accounts and automated identities.
• Conduct regular assessments of NHI controls and recommend improvements.
• Implement identity governance solutions to detect and respond to threats involving non‑human entities.
• Collaborate with Information Security, compliance and business teams to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and training on NHI and Agentic Identity security technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 2+ years experience as a Security Architect focused on AI security and identity management.
• 5+ years experience in cyber‑security roles within large corporations.
• Deep understanding of AI security best practices, identity lifecycle management and cloud/hybrid environments.
