Customer Solutions Architect

About the role

Caylent is looking for a Customer Solutions Architect to partner with the sales team and help customers design and adopt AWS solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into well‑architected cloud designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deep‑dive architecture and design workshops with customers.
• Produce proposals, statements of work, and solution designs that meet customer constraints.
• Educate and evangelize AWS through blogs, white papers, webinars, and direct engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing, building, and operating solutions on AWS.
• 10+ years in infrastructure, application, database, or networking architecture.
• Strong ability to align technical strategy with business objectives.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% when needed.
