AI Risk & Compliance Senior Associate

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as an AI Risk & Compliance Senior Associate. You will work within the Internal Firm Services practice, helping clients adopt AI responsibly while supporting the firm’s growth through strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve AI governance, risk and compliance programs across the organization.
• Collaborate with business, technology and risk teams to ensure responsible adoption of emerging AI solutions.
• Conduct AI risk assessments, evaluate controls and maintain risk registers, issue tracking and governance documentation.
• Support the deployment and governance of innovative AI tools, including generative AI and enterprise AI platforms.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance governance processes, operational efficiency and risk‑management capabilities.
• Mentor junior associates and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Law or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI risk, compliance or related roles.
• Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
