AI Image Designer – Remote

About the role

Puffy, a top‑5 US mattress brand with over $1 billion in sales, is looking for an AI Image Designer to own AI‑generated hero, lifestyle and advertising imagery for its ecommerce and marketing channels. The role is fully remote with an optional Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain prompting approaches, reference‑image workflows and production standards to deliver brand‑consistent photorealistic images at volume.
• Create AI‑generated advertising creative, compositing and retouching it to final production‑ready assets.
• Apply UI/UX design principles to ecommerce page layouts, ensuring images work across breakpoints and support conversion goals.
• Evaluate new image‑generation models and integrate tools that improve quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Exceptional portfolio showcasing commercial AI‑generated photorealistic product and lifestyle imagery.
• Hands‑on experience with AI image generation tools and advanced prompt engineering.
• Strong visual fundamentals – composition, lighting, perspective, color and art direction.
• Ability to work systematically and deliver repeatable, high‑quality outputs on demand.

Required skills

• ChatGPT Images / GPT Image models
• Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3 Pro Image)
• Midjourney, FLUX/Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly or equivalents
• Advanced prompt engineering, visual prompting, inpainting/outpainting
• Adobe Photoshop, compositing and retouching
• UI/UX design within established design systems
