AI Designer – Growth Marketing Landing Pages

About the role

We are looking for a creative Growth Marketing Designer who can leverage AI tools such as Claude and Fable to build high‑converting landing pages and digital assets. The role blends design, copywriting, and rapid experimentation to deliver compelling customer experiences that meet campaign and product objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, iterate, and ship landing‑page copy and layouts quickly using Claude.
• Design visually engaging landing pages in Fable from concept through publication.
• Maintain consistent visual themes across client assets and campaign variants.
• Collaborate with clients to gather brand assets and guidelines for AI‑driven prompt creation.
• Build and maintain a library of prompts and reusable components to improve efficiency.
• Own the end‑to‑end workflow from brief to design, copy, and hand‑off for publishing.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align pages with campaign goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in growth‑marketing design (landing pages, sites, apps).
• Background in a fast‑paced US‑based design agency or DTC brand.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C‑level).
• Availability to work full‑time in the EST time zone.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Claude (or similar AI writing tool).
• Proficiency in Fable for low‑code page building.
• Advanced skills in Figma or comparable design tools.
• Proven copywriting ability for blogs, landing pages, and site copy.
