AI Creative Designer

About the role

Superside is seeking an AI Creative Designer to blend generative AI with visual design, delivering high‑impact branding, campaign and digital assets for global brands. The role is fully remote and focuses on hands‑on creation, experimentation and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and refine visual concepts using AI tools such as image generators, text‑to‑design, video and layout automation.
• Experiment with new AI workflows to improve quality, speed and creative expression while maintaining brand integrity.
• Integrate AI‑assisted assets into projects and collaborate with designers, project managers and clients to turn briefs into polished outcomes.
• Promote inclusive communication, give and receive constructive feedback, and contribute to a supportive team culture.
• Align design decisions with strategic brand goals and use data‑informed insights to enhance storytelling.
• Document AI experiments, prompts and results to foster collective learning across the distributed team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a designer or creative with a strong portfolio of branding, campaign and digital work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools and a curiosity to integrate them thoughtfully.
• Excellent English communication skills and a collaborative, ego‑free attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while preserving creative quality and attention to detail.
