AI Automation Engineer (Growth)

About the role

Darwin AI is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to transform daily operations into intelligent, self‑running workflows. You will start embedded with the Growth & Marketing team, automating processes that drive the business forward, before expanding to other areas.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and document end‑to‑end marketing processes such as paid ads analysis, creative production, social media content generation, reporting, lead routing and attribution.
• Automate these processes using Claude Code, Claude Cowork, AI agents and a mix of Python scripts, no‑code tools and custom plugins.
• Build data pipelines connecting Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Linear, Slack, Google Calendar, Figma, Canva and other platforms.
• Deliver small, usable tools and dashboards that the Growth team adopts daily.
• Hand over mature automations with clear documentation for independent maintenance.

Required profile

• Curious by nature, enjoys dissecting processes before automating them.
• Lateral thinker who sees hidden connections between tools and workflows.
• Flexible and pragmatic, comfortable switching between Python, no‑code solutions, Claude agents and design plugins.
• Daily user of generative AI with hands‑on experience building AI‑driven solutions.
