Admissions Manager

About the role

The Admissions Manager is a key member of the Marketing, Admissions & Communications (MAC) team at Saint George School. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Admissions & Communications, the role drives student enrolment and ensures prospective and current families receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey with the school.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously optimise MAC strategies to grow student enrolment across the school and any affiliated campuses.
• Build and sustain a strong school community, increasing visibility and strengthening market positioning.
• Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders—including prospective families, current parents, students, academic leaders and administrative teams—to communicate the school’s values, culture and learning environment.
• Deliver a seamless, high‑quality admissions and retention experience that reflects Saint George School’s standards of excellence.
• Collaborate with the Head of School, Academic Dean, heads of primary & secondary, teaching and administrative staff to align admissions initiatives with the school’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in admissions, enrollment growth or related marketing communications within an educational setting.
• Strong ability to engage and build relationships with diverse internal and external audiences.
• Commitment to delivering a personalised, high‑quality experience for families and students.
