AD and EntraID Administrator

About the role

The AD and EntraID Administrator will support the operation and management of DXC Technology's infrastructure services. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure systems are performant, available, and aligned with strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day management and operation of infrastructure services.
• Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure strategies, projects, and best‑practice processes.
• Maintain performance and availability of infrastructure systems while troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to gather requirements and support design or implementation of solutions.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
• Help optimize resource allocation for infrastructure tasks and projects.
• Communicate effectively to provide support and foster teamwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 6+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology management.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with the ability to work well in a team.
• Continuous learner who stays current with industry trends and technologies.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner) are a plus.
