Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

Gates is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join its finance team. You will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vouchers, and ensuring timely payments while providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review, process and enter accounts payable invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare vouchers, record invoices and maintain accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot electronic invoicing issues and collaborate with the purchasing team to resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to supplier inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide backup support for other AP tasks such as mail handling and scanning.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of relevant accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related administrative field.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to handle high‑volume transactions with accuracy and composure under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP ERP system.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong data‑entry capabilities.
