Accounting Transformation Specialist

About the role

Join a regional Finance Transformation initiative supporting the migration to Oracle Global Finance Systems across Latin America. You will work at the intersection of Accounting, Finance, and Technology, ensuring successful system implementations, data migrations, and process improvements in multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Support Oracle finance system migrations across LATAM and validate, reconcile, cleanse, and map financial data.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and IT teams; participate in testing, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze how system changes impact financial reporting and close activities while collaborating with stakeholders in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end/quarter‑end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting and audit support.
• Experience with ERP implementations, system migrations or process transformation projects.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
