About the role

The Accounting & Tax Analyst will manage and update tax documentation, support tax filings, and handle accounting entries related to purchases and expenses. The role works closely with Finance, Treasury and Collections teams to ensure accurate tax compliance and monthly closing.

Key responsibilities

Maintain tax documentation, including certificates of non-withholding and non-perception for clients.
Monitor and control withholdings, perceptions and tax credits, assisting in recovery and refund procedures with tax authorities.
Support the preparation and filing of tax returns and other fiscal obligations.
Record accounting entries for purchase invoices and local expenses, participating in monthly closing processes.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage master data in the ERP system.
Respond to internal requests from Finance, Treasury and Collections departments.
